Located somewhere between the mysterious Himalayan valleys, Gyanganj, is largely referred to as the land of immortality. It is a myth that Gyanganj is a city inhabited by mysterious, undying beings that influence human existence in subtle ways, whenever necessary.

The exact location of this mythical city is unknown as it is believed that Gyanganj hides with humans, as well as mapping technology. Many people also believe that Gyanganj exists in a different plane and therefore cannot be seen by satellites.

According to ancient texts and beliefs, Gyanganj resembles an eight-petal lotus structure surrounded by snow-covered mountains. The tree of life also unites the heavens, the earth, and the underworld. It is portrayed as a shimmering crystal. Its inhabitants are immortal humans who have the responsibility to direct the future of the world.

Tibetan Buddhists believe that in the midst of a major catastrophe, the 25th ruler of this spiritual place will appear to accompany the planet for a better time.

While Gyanganj’s myths sound impressive, superficial, and fictional at the same time in a world full of apathy, war, and cruelty, it is interesting to note that somewhere in the same world, there is a place where people are truly moral and are working to gently guide, influence and protect us.
